Where To Bird This Month

RBA is a volunteer organization and as such we can only provide a small amount of what birders' need at times. With that in mind, we are often asked "Where can I get this or that?" or "Who can do this?". So here are some local business that might be able to help:
    Birding Tours:
    - Lakeshore Nature Tours Owned by Brett M. Ewald, this company provides excellent tours, including local day trips and personal custom guided trips. For more details check out the web site here. You can contact Brett at bmewald@lakeshorenaturetours.com or by phone at (716) 628-8226 or 12398 Platten Rd., Lyndonville, NY 14098.

    - Nature Discoveries Another excellent local ecotour company is Nature Discoveries, operating trips and expeditions throughout the US and the world since 1989. Dozens of RBA members have enjoyed these tours over the years which typically offer a broader emphasis than strictly birding – butterflies, wildlife, flora, geology, and overall nature interpretation. For more details check out the web site here. Groups tend to be small and comprised mainly of people from the Rochester region. Trip leaders are well known local naturalists and birders. Contact ND by phone at (585) 586-8250 or fax at (585) 586-0825 or email at natdisc@rochester.rr.com .
    Birding Art:
    - Wild Bird Series Looking for a bird painting? Owned by Cheryl Birmingham who is an RBA member. Check out the web site here. You can contact Cheryl through her web site.
